    Hello,

In our efforts to keep our cost down, we are looking for alternative programs to equal some functionality of NetSupport Manager.

The main things we are looking for are:

    -Inventory (even if it's client/server)
    -Recording desktop
-remote command prompt (even if it's client/server)

Right now, we use TightVNC for remote control, which works great.
I'm trying to write a script that will remotely install TightVNC and all... It's proving to be extremely difficult and time consuming. So if any one has one of these, a link to it, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for your time,

    Matt

Yes....I'm looking to for a Help Desk application. The desired application should do the followings:

    Incident Managment
    Knowledge Base managment
    Asset managment
    SLA managment
    Infrastructure monitoring
    Web based

I've tried the Service Desk 4 from Manage Engine wich is veri good and is doing all the things that i need but is a little bit to expensive.

    Therefore....does enyone know other applications?
