I have a question about the Intuit Track-it! software. I am using 6.01, and trying to figure a way to edit the default Help Desk ticket form. Everytime I search for 'edit' or 'customize' I am pointed to a TOOL that lets you change the name of the field label.

    What am I missing?

Trackit does not allow for major customization for their GUI. The application is great for small support functions but I think you would need to contact their professional services team to customize the GUI. We are currently running 6.5 and we are looking to replace Trackit due to limitation. We have simply out grown their tool. Feel free to contact me as I have worked with this tool for the last 5 years (started with 4.0) and been on hold with Priority Support more than I would like to admit. They are great at acknowledging limitations but slow to improve on them. However I have seen improvements since Intuit took over from Blue Ocean. Remember any good change takes time and persistence (I am out of both).
